We have been in the software development industry for more than 30 years. 1 More Team was founded because there are a lot of Offshore companies around the world that ruined the idea of good technicians in foreign countries for an affordable price. In our career we have seen both, failing Offshore projects and very successful projects who could deliver software within a few months. We understand that skilled people can be found all around the world.

But a good technician is more than just his technical skills.
